1. Copyright & Ownership

All photographs, graphics, and text on this Site and within any Pixieset gallery are the exclusive property of Ryan Burnett and are protected by international copyright laws.

• No ownership rights are transferred through viewing, downloading, or purchasing images.

• All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Ryan Burnett.

2. Client Access & Downloads

Galleries are private and intended only for the client(s) to whom access is granted.

• You may only download images from galleries specifically assigned to you.

• Downloading, screenshotting, or saving photos from other galleries is strictly prohibited.

• Galleries may include optional password protection or PINs, which must not be shared without permission.

3. Permitted Use

Clients are granted a personal use license to display, print, and share their photos for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing on personal social media accounts with proper credit.

Any commercial use—including advertising, resale, publication, or use by third parties—requires written permission from Ryan Burnett or a separate licensing agreement.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or alter images without written consent.

• Remove or crop out watermarks.

• Redistribute or upload images to stock sites, AI generators, or commercial platforms.

• Access or share another client’s gallery.

Unauthorized use of any image constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Website & Platform Content

All layout, text, and design elements on this Site (including within Pixieset-hosted galleries) are intellectual property of Ryan Burnett. You may not reuse, copy, or reproduce any part of this website or its materials without express written permission.

6. Privacy & Data

Pixieset collects basic information to deliver galleries, manage downloads, and process client orders. Any personal data shared through this Site is handled in accordance with Pixieset’s Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared by Ryan Burnett beyond necessary business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a secure and seamless experience, Ryan Burnett is not responsible for temporary service outages, data loss, or errors within the Pixieset platform.

8. Agreement

By accessing this Site or any Ryan Burnett Pixieset gallery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
